Withdraw from contract here

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from a MirrorChats subscription or credit purchase within 14 days of entering into it, without giving a reason. Sending your statement before the period ends is sufficient. Details, including the cases in which the period is longer, are in section 8 of the Subscription, Cancellation, Refund and Credits Policy.

You can also withdraw by emailing support@mirrorchats.com or, if you are signed in, from Settings → Billing. No particular wording is required.

How to withdraw

  • Use "Withdraw from contract here" in Settings → Billing, the form at mirrorchats.com/legal/withdraw, or email support@mirrorchats.com. Any clear statement works, and you do not need to give a reason.
  • The deadline is 14 days after you entered the contract: the day you subscribed or bought the credit pack. Sending your statement before the deadline is enough.

What you get back

Subscriptions and credit packs: you get back the full price you paid, including any introductory price. Starting your subscription right away does not shorten or affect your 14 days.

We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the original payment method.

Pressing Confirm withdrawal sends your statement to us now and records its date and time. We confirm receipt by email, end the paid access covered by the withdrawal and refund within 14 days to your original payment method, without a fee.
