This policy explains MirrorChats subscriptions, one-time credit purchases, cancellation, and refunds. AI Chat Media LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates MirrorChats at https://www.mirrorchats.com. Read this policy with our Terms of Service at https://www.mirrorchats.com/terms. Your mandatory consumer rights and any more favorable purchase terms you accepted take priority over a conflicting restriction.
Our standard plans are listed below. Prices are in US dollars. Plus and Ultra renew automatically each month until you cancel.

Plus includes private pictures and videos in chat, a 10% bonus on credit packs, and characters starting at level 2. Ultra includes the same media features, a 20% pack bonus, characters starting at level 3, and character progression at 1.5 times the standard rate. Free characters start at level 1; Free currently includes three free photos, followed by locked photo access requiring the paid option shown.
Media and gifts can use credits in addition to the subscription price. A paid plan does not guarantee access to every type of content. Features remain subject to age and location restrictions, content rules, and reasonable technical limits. “Unlimited” messaging does not permit automation or abuse.
If offered to you, the Plus introduction costs $2.99 for two days, then $11.99 per month until cancelled. It is a paid introductory offer. Cancel before the first monthly charge shown at checkout to avoid that charge; you keep Plus access through the introductory period.
The current introductory offer includes 100 credits to start, followed by the standard 150-credit monthly Plus allowance. The offer presented to you identifies its benefits, end date, first monthly charge, and cancellation method. Other promotional terms apply only if presented and accepted at purchase.
The $2.99 introduction is limited to one per payment card. If a repeat introduction is rejected after payment, we will cancel it and refund the $2.99 without charging the full monthly price. Starting Plus at full price requires a separate approved purchase.
Before you provide billing information, we shall clearly disclose the purchase price, any introductory period, the recurring price and interval, and how to cancel. By expressly approving the recurring-payment offer at checkout, you authorize the disclosed charges to your selected payment method. Accepting the Terms of Service alone does not authorize a subscription, a price increase, or an additional purchase.
Your paid plan renews monthly unless you cancel before the next charge shown in your billing information. Not using the service, signing out, turning off marketing emails, or withdrawing advertising or sensitive-chat consent does not itself cancel a subscription. You can still cancel through Settings → Billing or support without granting those consents.
We shall provide a confirmation you can save of your accepted purchase terms and charges. For subscriptions, it will also include renewal information and the cancellation method. We shall provide any reminders required by applicable law, including annual reminders where required. Keep your account email current and contact support@mirrorchats.com if you need your billing information or confirmation.
Stripe currently processes payments. Charges appear under the statement descriptor “MIRRORCHATS.” You must use a payment method you are authorized to use. We shall include any taxes we are required to collect in the total disclosed before you approve payment. Your bank may impose separate currency-conversion or other fees.
Online: Open Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan and confirm cancellation. You do not have to give a reason, accept a retention offer, or contact support to exercise online cancellation.
By email: Send your cancellation request to support@mirrorchats.com. Include your account email or enough information to identify the subscription. Do not send your password or full card details. Email cancellation takes effect when we receive your request, including if your account is locked or you cannot sign in.
We shall confirm cancellation and refund any renewal charge collected after an effective cancellation. You do not need to wait for our confirmation for cancellation to take effect. If the online control is unavailable or asks for a mandatory reason, you may cancel by email without an explanation.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access normally continues until the period already paid for ends, then your account moves to Free. Access may end earlier if you request account deletion or it must be restricted under the Terms of Service. Unused subscription credits expire at the paid-period end; purchased credits remain while your account is open.
Maintenance does not prevent cancellation. We shall keep Settings accessible for cancellation during maintenance, and you may also cancel by email. An evidence hold or inability to delete an account does not require you to keep paying. If we suspend or terminate all paid access, we shall stop future renewals. Resuming a cancelled plan or restoring restricted access does not restart recurring billing without your approval.
Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately and ends access to remaining credits, subject to refund rights. Ordinary cancellation does not itself create a refund for time already paid for. EEA and UK withdrawal is a separate right explained in section 8.
Upgrades: During an ordinary monthly period, a Plus-to-Ultra upgrade charges the price difference for the days remaining, taking account of unused Plus time. The amount is shown before you approve it, and your renewal date stays the same. Upgrading or choosing to end the $2.99 introduction early instead starts a full-price monthly period, with the charge and new renewal date disclosed for your approval. Simply cancelling renewal during the introduction does not start a full-price month.
Downgrades: A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain your existing plan until then, subject to the Terms of Service. Downgrading does not create an ordinary partial-period refund.
Price changes: We shall give clear advance notice of a recurring-price change, its effective date, and how to cancel, in a form you can save. We shall obtain additional approval where required by law. An increase does not apply to a period already paid for. For California subscribers, fee-change notice will be provided 7 to 30 days before the change takes effect. Any stricter applicable requirement controls.
For New York subscribers, notice of a material billing change will be provided at least five business days, and no more than 30 days, before the change. If an increased recurring price is charged without your affirmative consent to that increase, you have at least 14 days after the charge to cancel and receive a proportionate refund for the remaining term, as required by New York law.
Credits are units used for eligible photos, videos, video-call actions, and in-chat gifts. Standard packs are one-time purchases and do not create a subscription. The table shows total credits, including the 10% Plus or 20% Ultra bonus applicable to each pack.

Subscription credits: The included allowance resets at each monthly renewal and does not roll over. Unused subscription credits expire when the paid period ends.
Purchased credits: Credits bought in packs do not expire while your account remains open. Cancelling renewal alone does not remove them. Account deletion ends their availability, subject to the refund rights in this policy, the Terms of Service, and applicable law.
Credits cannot be transferred to another user, resold, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash, except for refunds required by law or the Terms of Service. Gifts consume credits for fictional character progression. They are not tips, donations, investments, or payments to a human.
Current media prices are 1 to 8 credits per photo, 10 to 25 credits per premade video, and 4 to 6 credits per second of custom video. The charge depends on the request.
Before consuming credits, we shall disclose the specific charge or a maximum charge for your approval. We shall obtain additional approval before charging for extra video seconds beyond an approved maximum. A request does not authorize an undisclosed additional charge.
For video-call actions, the confirmation control shows the price and estimated rendering time. Charging and rendering begin only after confirmation. The first eligible action is free for a Free account; a failed free action leaves that request available. Subscription credits are spent before purchased pack credits.
Failed media generation restores the credits charged for that generation. Contact support@mirrorchats.com if charged credits have not been restored. We may change prices for future packs or requests after disclosing the new price. We shall not retroactively reduce a purchased balance or increase the credit charge for a request already approved at an agreed price.
Except for the remedies below, a more favorable purchase offer you accepted, or applicable law, completed purchases are not refundable because you change your mind, stop using the service, cancel, downgrade, or delete your account. This includes unused credits and partial subscription periods. This restriction does not limit rights concerning unauthorized or incorrect charges, defective or undelivered services, statutory withdrawal, or paid service we discontinue.
If the service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours for reasons within our control, we shall extend your paid period by the time lost. Contact support@mirrorchats.com if the extension has not been applied. Credit restoration or a time extension does not replace a refund or other remedy required by law.
You retain applicable consumer rights to receive digital content and services that match their agreed description and meet legally required quality and performance standards. Depending on the problem and applicable law, remedies can include repair, repeat performance, a price reduction, termination, or a refund. These rights take priority over a conflicting refund restriction or disclaimer.
If we terminate your paid access or discontinue the paid service for reasons other than your violation of the Terms of Service, we shall refund unused paid subscription time and unused purchased credits attributable to the affected service. Credit refunds are calculated from the price paid for the unused portion of each pack; free and bonus credits have no separate cash refund value. We shall make these refunds within 14 days using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. Restrictions imposed because of a violation remain subject to mandatory consumer rights and section 8.
Email support@mirrorchats.com with your account email, transaction date, amount, and a brief description of the issue. We may request information reasonably needed to identify the transaction; do not send your password or full card details. These details help us locate a purchase and do not add a condition to statutory withdrawal. You retain the right to dispute a charge with your payment provider without first exhausting our support process or waiving that right.
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may withdraw from a subscription or credit-purchase contract within 14 days after entering it without giving a reason. A valid withdrawal receives a full refund of the payments covered by it, including introductory payments, even if you have used the service or credits. Ordinary monthly renewal does not itself create a new withdrawal period unless applicable law requires one.
If required withdrawal information was not provided, the period can extend for up to 12 months after the original period ends. If we provide the missing information during that extension, you have 14 days after receiving it to withdraw, subject to any longer period required by law.
Use https://www.mirrorchats.com/legal/withdraw, Settings → Billing, email support@mirrorchats.com, or send a clear withdrawal statement to the postal address below. For example: “I wish to withdraw from my MirrorChats subscription.” You may use the optional form in section 8.5, but it is not required. Sending your notice before the period ends is sufficient, even if we receive it later. A missing optional field or use of another valid channel does not invalidate a clear withdrawal.
Ordinary period-end cancellation stops future renewals; statutory withdrawal ends the relevant contract and can require a refund. Tell us if you wish to exercise withdrawal rather than only stop the next renewal. No particular wording or explanation is required.
The public online withdrawal page is available without signing in. The withdrawal control in Settings is available during the applicable period. We will email confirmation containing your statement and its submission date and time. We provide the required withdrawal information and model form before purchase and the required confirmation in a form you can retain.
We obtain your express request before starting a subscription during the withdrawal period where required. That request does not waive the full refund promised by this policy. On a valid withdrawal, we do not deduct for subscription time or credits used.
The two-day introductory period does not shorten the withdrawal period for the continuing subscription. Receiving credits, logging in, or using the service does not remove the full-refund right described here.
Credit-pack withdrawals are refunded in full, including where credits have been used. We do not treat the purchase, delivery, or use of credits as a waiver of that right. Free and bonus credits have no separate cash refund value.
Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments covered by it without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
Withdrawal ends the relevant paid access. Credits and content covered by the withdrawal cease to be available to the extent permitted by law. You must stop using the affected digital content or service. This does not remove your privacy rights or any statutory right to retrieve content you provided or created.
Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw. Any other clear withdrawal statement is sufficient.

The Terms of Service govern general account rules, service changes, and disputes. Their material-change and acceptance requirements also apply to material changes to this policy. We shall not treat continued use alone as acceptance of a material change or use a policy update to retroactively remove accrued rights, change a completed purchase, or override a more favorable commitment without a lawful agreement.
Cancellation and withdrawal concern payments and paid access. Account deletion and privacy choices are explained in our Privacy Policy at https://www.mirrorchats.com/privacy. A privacy choice does not substitute for a subscription cancellation request.
