Legal / Anti-Sex Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
AI Chat Media LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, operates MirrorChats at https://www.mirrorchats.com. We prohibit using MirrorChats to promote or facilitate human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, or abuse. Read this policy with our Terms of Service and Content Standards and Moderation Policy.
This policy applies to prompts, messages, characters, descriptions, generated images and videos, accounts, and material remaining from retired features, including earlier uploaded avatars and adopted characters. It covers private material as well as publicly accessible content.
MirrorChats provides fictional adult AI text chats, generated images and short videos, the video-call feature where available, and private characters created from typed descriptions. Video calls present AI-generated video, not a live connection to a person. User file uploads and voice calls are offline; human messaging, public user sharing, the creator program, and payouts are retired. Fictional gifts are not payments to people. You must not use the service to support exploitation elsewhere.
You must not use MirrorChats to promote, facilitate, solicit, recruit for, arrange, support, or profit from trafficking, sexual exploitation, or abuse. Prohibited uses include:
The content restrictions also apply to fictional, simulated, cartoon, roleplay, and AI-generated scenarios. Consensual fictional adult AI entertainment does not itself establish trafficking, but remains subject to our rules. A private setting, payment, filter choice, or character’s reply cannot authorize prohibited content or establish a real person’s consent.
These rules do not prohibit good-faith safety reports, descriptions needed to seek help, lawful rights requests, or innocent contextual references. We shall consider context.
Use https://www.mirrorchats.com/legal/takedown, support@mirrorchats.com, or an available report control beside content. Anyone may report, including a victim, witness, representative, or person under 18. No account, purchase, lawyer, police report, or proof of a crime is required. The form remains available for locked accounts. Reporting does not authorize use of adult features by a minor.
Give the content’s URL or practical location, such as the character, conversation, message, or approximate date and time. Describe the concern and relevant context. You do not need a public URL or someone else’s private content. Contact details help us reply; we shall not reject suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation solely because a report lacks a name or contact details. We may request only proportionate locating or review information.
Do not download, copy, forward, attach, or request suspected child sexual abuse material or other underlying unlawful media. Identify its location and describe the concern instead. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, unnecessary identity documents, or unrelated private information.
Public-form requests receive a case reference and email receipt using the details supplied. Check status on the request page with the case number and email used, or email us for an update. A reference is helpful but not required.
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services without waiting for us. You may seek help or contact authorities directly. We check reports and flags daily, not continuously, and do not provide emergency response. Daily review does not extend a deadline or permit delay when action is required.
We use automated filters, provider moderation, and human review. Media we upload to a character’s library is human-reviewed before delivery. On-demand media is automatically approved for delivery and reuse in that character’s chats without prior human review. A person reviews it afterwards and removes problematic content. Checks can fail, and delivery is not approval of prohibited content. A person reviews reports and requests; the outcome is not based solely on automation.
We shall review and resolve content complaints within five business days after receipt, including communicating our initial decision and appeal route using the contact details supplied. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. We shall acknowledge an illegal-content notice with electronic contact details without undue delay. If we decide not to act, we shall explain why. Appeals may continue after the initial decision.
We shall promptly restrict access to material reasonably believed to be unlawful while assessing it. If review reveals evidence that content is unlawful, we shall remove it immediately and notify our acquiring bank as required by applicable payment-network rules. The five-business-day period does not extend an earlier duty or the 48-hour deadline in section 5.
Required restrictions and removals must address known service references and delivery caches, including shared character-bank assets where applicable. Retaining restricted evidence does not permit continued user access. A failed preservation step must not leave suspected unlawful content accessible when restriction or removal is required.
We may refuse or block a request, freeze a chat, remove material, restrict features, or suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary. We shall act diligently, objectively, and proportionately, considering context, evidence, seriousness, repeated conduct, and affected people’s rights and safety. Serious risks may require action without warning.
We shall explain a removal or account restriction when imposed and give the appeal route, unless disclosure is prohibited or would compromise safety, required reporting, or an investigation. The explanation will identify the action, relevant facts, rule or legal basis, automation involved, and relevant scope and duration. See the Reporting, Removal, and Appeals Notice.
The NCII and Digital Forgery Removal Notice explains requests by depicted people or authorized representatives to remove intimate imagery made available without consent, including digital forgeries. Our commitment applies worldwide, without an account, to qualifying private and publicly accessible material. For a valid request, we shall remove the content as soon as possible and within 48 hours after receipt, and make reasonable efforts during that period to identify and remove known identical copies on MirrorChats. The clock includes weekends and holidays and starts on receipt, not at the next queue review.
A depicted person may challenge consent through the same channels. We shall review the concern promptly and remove the content immediately if appropriate consent cannot be established or is invalid under applicable law. If we dispute legal invalidity, we shall allow that dispute to be resolved by a neutral body at our expense. That process does not postpone required removal. A copyright counter-notice does not require restoring independently prohibited material.
When actual knowledge establishes facts showing an apparent violation that must be reported, we shall report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s CyberTipline as soon as reasonably possible, including legally reportable child sexual abuse material, child sex trafficking, and online enticement. We shall report to other competent authorities when required by law. A fictional prompt, innocent child-related reference, or automatic flag alone is not proof of a crime or real victim. Not every NCII complaint or adult-trafficking allegation requires a CyberTipline report or police referral.
We shall securely preserve report contents and reasonably accessible related material required by law, with access restricted to authorized people who need it and with required security safeguards. CyberTipline report contents and required related material generally must be preserved for one year after submission; a longer lawful hold may apply. Material retained as context is not necessarily unlawful.
Other evidence may be retained privately only for a justified moderation, reporting, preservation, or claims purpose. We shall limit retention to the information and time needed. Disclosures to providers, advisers, authorities, or affected people must be lawful and necessary, with privacy and safety risks considered. The Privacy Policy explains processing, recipients, retention, and privacy rights.
A hold does not authorize user access to removed material, require continued payment, or eliminate rights concerning unrelated information. Account deletion does not erase every generated item or provider copy. You may request removal of private or identifying generated media or review of a hold through the same form or email without regaining account access. Billing, cancellation, and refund rights remain governed by the Terms of Service and Subscription, Cancellation, Refund, and Credits Policy.
You may appeal a content or account decision, including a decision not to act on your report, free of charge within six months after notification. Use the public form or support@mirrorchats.com, including if you cannot sign in. Identify the decision, provide a case reference if available, and explain the error or relevant new information.
A human reviewer will assess the appeal and give a written outcome with reasons. We aim to respond within seven calendar days and shall handle appeals without undue delay, with urgent risks and legal deadlines taking priority. We shall correct a mistaken decision without undue delay. A necessary safety restriction may remain during review; an appeal does not require restoration of unlawful or otherwise prohibited content.
You retain applicable regulator, court, out-of-court, and other lawful remedies without first exhausting our process. This includes access to a certified dispute settlement body where the EU Digital Services Act provides it; we shall cooperate as required.
You must not knowingly fabricate reports, impersonate an affected person, or use reporting to harass someone or suppress lawful material. Any restriction for serious or repeated report abuse shall follow human assessment, reasons, and an appeal opportunity where permitted. An honest mistake, seeking help, or disagreement with a decision is not report abuse.

Material changes are subject to the Terms of Service’s notice and affirmative-acceptance requirements. Posting a revision or continued use alone does not establish acceptance of a material change. Changes cannot retroactively remove accrued rights or override a more favorable commitment without a lawful agreement. Mandatory legal rights take priority over a conflicting restriction.
